We prefer primary documents, regulator notices, filings, research and named sources. Reports based on another publication identify and link it. Material claims must be supported by the article or its named source.
No disguised promotion
Editorial selection is not for sale. We exclude stand-alone launches, product reviews, campaigns, awards and promotional profiles. Objective company reporting may include transactions, financing, earnings, operations, regulation, distribution, expansion or restructuring.
Translation and automation
